Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, social, and email platforms
Content Creation: Develop compelling materials for social media, blogs, and newsletters while managing content calendars.
Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify customer trends, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights.
Analytical Reporting: Analyze consumer records and market data to support pricing strategies and segment identification.
Social Media & Email: Manage and grow the company's online presence through data-driven optimizations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Experience: 4–5 years in marketing design and execution; GCC experience is an advantage.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator software is required
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and trend spotting.
Excellent communication skills, bilingual in Arabic and English (read and write).
Creative capabilities in writing, design, and video editing.
Work Conditions
Location: Office-based in Bahrain.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM, six days a week.
Salary: To be offered after the interview.
