Waiter / Barista (Immediate Joining – Local Hire Only)

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Waiter with Barista experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality skills, coffee preparation knowledge, and excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and basic drinks following quality standards
• Operate coffee machines and maintain barista station cleanliness
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and organized
• Handle customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations
• Support restaurant operations during busy service periods
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards
Requirements
• Previous Waiter or Barista experience required
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic latte art preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be locally available in Bahrain
• Ready to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in caf? or casual dining restaurant
• Basic POS system knowledge
• Customer service background
