JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are hiring dynamic and results-driven Operation Supervisors cum Salesmen for a client based in Bahrain. This is a dual-role position ideal for graduates with a strong mix of operational discipline, sales drive, and hospitality sensibility. Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Service:
1)Supervise daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards at all times
2)Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient and professional hospitality operations
3)Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and service protocols
4)Prepare reports and documentation accurately using MS Office tools
5)Assist in billing processes, invoicing, and basic day-to-day accounting tasks
Sales & Customer Relations:
1)Manage and actively support sales activities to consistently achieve company targets
2)Handle customer inquiries promptly and ensure excellent customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
3)Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
4)Identify opportunities to upsell services and support overall revenue growth
Administration & Systems:
1)Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems
2)Generate regular operational and sales reports for management review
3)Support the team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks as required

Salary- BHD 250 – 350 per month

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Gender: Male
Age: Up to 32 years
Nationality: Open to all nationalities
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Graduation is mandatory) — Hospitality Management preferred
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and hospitality operations
Basic understanding of accounting, billing, and invoicing procedures
Proficiency in MS Office — Excel, Word, and Outlook
Hands-on experience working with CRM systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Confident, self-motivated, and able to handle a fast-paced dual-function role
