Key Responsibilities
1. Greet customers, understand needs, and provide expert product/service advice.

6. Record customer data and activities accurately in CRM.
Requirements
1. 1–3 years experience in customer service or sales (retail, automotive, telecom, or similar preferred).
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
5. Flexible availability, including weekends/evenings.
6. Valid driving license preferred.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; sales certifications advantageous.
