Territory Manager – Commercial Sales Oct 2024 – Present Bahawalnagar

As the commercial lead for 35 PSO retail stations, I direct the full spectrum of fuel &
lubricant sales operations, dealer profitability management, stock continuity, KPI
governance, and outlet standardization to ensure commercial throughput and brand
consistency across the district.
? Managing fuel sales operations across Bahawalnagar District, driving customer-centric
growth strategies and operational excellence across the assigned territory.
? Accountable for an annual business portfolio of approximately PKR 100 billion, ensuring
revenue growth, market penetration, and sustained client relationships.
? Leading engineering coordination and infrastructure upgrades of retail fuel outlets in

with Depot Teams, LMT (Lube Manufacturing Terminal) Karachi and logistics
department to manage timely supplies and decantation at depots.
? IT – Responsible to maintain dealer accounts for ordering, invoicing, credit management
on SAP Fiori logins and specially assigned SAP Customer Codes to dealers. Took part in
SAP HANA/4 upgradation of system during the current FY’26.
? Maintained and analyzed DUCs data to closely monitor retail outlets and prevent illegal
or non-compliant product sales, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory
requirements.
? Designed and implemented online inspection reporting tools covering end-to-end retail
operational excellence, including sales performance, HSE compliance, 2 wheelers & 3
wheelers safety standards and personal hygiene training, supporting continuous
improvement and audit readiness.
