My name is Hamid Naeem. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA–IT) along with a Diploma in Information Technology (DIT). I am an experienced Document Controller with over five years of professional experience supporting construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for managing and controlling project documentation in strict compliance with company, consultant, and client standards. I have extensive hands-on experience working with Aconex, SharePoint, and other Document Management Systems (DMS). My responsibilities have included managing document workflows, preparing and tracking transmittals and submittals, maintaining document control logs, overseeing archiving processes, and ensuring accurate version control while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
