We are seeking a skilled Finishing Carpenter with experience in interior fit-out and joinery works. The candidate will be responsible for high-quality finishing, installation, and assembly of wooden elements such as cabinets, doors, wardrobes, and decorative panels, ensuring precise workmanship as per drawings and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out finishing carpentry works including installation of:
Doors, frames, and skirting
Kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and vanities
Wall panels, partitions, and decorative joinery items
Perform cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing of wood and laminate materials.
Ensure accurate measurements and alignment during installation.
Handle tools and machines safely (cutting machines, drills, sanders, etc.).
Conduct on-site adjustments and rectifications as required.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and finishing quality.
Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and other trades.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finishing carpentry (preferably in Bahrain or GCC).
Experience in interior fit-out / joinery projects is mandatory.
Ability to read drawings and work independently.
Knowledge of materials such as MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, and solid wood.
Good understanding of finishing techniques and detailing.
