**Job Description: **
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of coffee beverages and delivering excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities: **
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes
* Ensure quality and consistency in every cup served
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace
* Handle customer orders efficiently and courteously
* Manage stock and report shortages when required
**Requirements: **
* 2–3 years of experience as a Barista
* Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Immediate joiners preferred
