Job Description :
Couduct Quality Internal Audits
Couduct Process Audits
Find and perform root cause analysis for non conformities with the concerned parties
Issue corrective ,preventive actions and follow up with the auditee to close non-conformities
Give awareness for the auditee about 3rd party audit requirements
Manage 3rd party audits, coordinate between departments and 3rd party auditor the requirement
of the audit.
Follow up with the 3rd party auditor the report results of the audit and spread the audit results
among the auditee.
Couduct investigations related to warranty claims and customer complains.
Couduct investigations related to internal non-conformities against quality procedures and work
instructions.
Document and prepare audit plan, and Send notifications and check list of audits to the auditee.
Report audit results to quality manger and auditee.
Review and approve new supplier’s quality management system.
Prepare management review meetings
Develop and initiate quality procedure and working instructions as per ISO9001:2015 QMS
requirements
Exposure to the ARAMCO Quality Standards
