We are looking for a proactive and reliable Technical Support to join our operations team.
This position plays a key role in coordinating with delivery riders, monitoring live performance, and ensuring smooth execution of KPI's.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with riders across assigned zones and ensure they are active and following assigned heat maps/delivery routes.
• Monitor rider performance and behaviour throughout the day using GPS tracking and internal dashboards.
• Communicate operational updates, delays, or issues to the team and management in real time.
• Guide and assist riders on route optimisation, delivery protocols, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate daily and shift-wise reports on attendance, performance, and delivery compliance.
• Identify problem areas and escalate recurring issues to supervisors for corrective action.
• Support shift operations and ensure on-time reporting and dispatch compliance.
Requirements:
• Basic English and Urdu/Hindi communication will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, or rider coordination is preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Proficient in using mobile apps, tracking tools, and Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and ability to follow up effectively.
• Must be able to work rotational shifts (AM / PM) as scheduled weekly.
• Strong teamwork, reporting, and communication skills.
