I am a certified Project Manager with 11+ years of experience delivering EPC, Design & Build, MEP, and high-end fit-out projects across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and India. I have managed multi-million-dollar portfolios (up to USD 200M+), leading cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

My key strengths include project planning & scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project), cost control & budgeting, procurement & subcontractor management, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, QA/QC, and testing & commissioning. I have strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and mission-critical infrastructure systems with compliance to ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASTM, and local authority requirements.
