Secretary & Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia

1) Secretary

Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role
Strong experience in managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

2) Administrative Assistant

Experience: 3–5 years in administration or project support
Experience in follow-ups, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and contractors
Familiarity with document control and workflow processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred for both roles:

Experience in project environments
Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Aconex, or similar
