Key Responsibilities:
• Receive project packages from the ISD team or Sales department.
• Analyse architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs provided by clients.
• Prepare BOQ when not provided by the client.
• Estimate project costs, including:
- Direct material costs (glass, aluminium, hardware, sealants, etc.)
- Installation and labour costs
- Overhead costs
- Profit margins
• Prepare quotations by applying company cost parameters and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure accuracy.
• Track and update estimates based on design changes or client requirements.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in estimation for glass and aluminium works.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, glazing techniques, and aluminium profiles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
