Role: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH PHYSICIAN
Location: Al Khobar, KSA
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s Degree in Occupational Health
Valid license from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as Occupational Health Physician
Certification or training in Occupational Health (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in occupational or industrial health
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical & Occupational Health Services
Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical assessments
Diagnose and manage work-related illnesses and minor injuries
Provide primary care consultations for employees on-site
2. Fitness for Work
Assess and certify employees’ fitness for duty
Manage medical restrictions and workplace accommodations
Support return-to-work and rehabilitation plans
3. Workplace Health Risk Management
Identify occupational health risks and recommend control measures
Participate in site inspections and risk assessments
Support investigation of work-related incidents and illnesses
4. Emergency & Preventive Care
Provide emergency medical response when required
Lead health promotion and disease prevention programs
Monitor communicable diseases and vaccination programs
