JOB PURPOSE
Manages general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly.
Knowledge/Education
BSc in Business Administration/ Knowledge of Basic Office Management.
Experience
Previous Experience in a Related Field Preferred.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain business relationships with clients through various channels (email, social media, phone).
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct market research and lead generation to identify potential clients.
- Manage and update client database with accurate information.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Business Development Support
- Assist Business Development Manager in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research.
- Support the development and implementation of business development strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and results.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Sales and Contract Support
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and agreements
- Follow up on leads and inquiries from potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
