Female Cum Admin Assistant/Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant cum Admin Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks along with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and ledgers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare basic financial reports and assist in audits
Manage petty cash and expense tracking
Perform general administrative duties (filing, documentation, correspondence)
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance and documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and (Zoho) accounting software
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nationality:Pakistan,Indian
Preferred:

Experience in construction or project-based companies
Knowledge of local accounting regulations including ZOHO & VAT

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
