Managing variation orders, including preparation, evaluation, and submission of claims
Preparation of monthly valuations, cost reports, and financial statements
Supporting final account preparation and project close-out
Contract administration and coordination with project stakeholders to resolve commercial matters
I am proficient in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel, enabling efficient cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
