Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential leads via online and offline sources
• Maintain and update the lead pipeline (spreadsheets/CRM if applicable)
• Conduct initial client outreach (calls, emails, WhatsApp, or social media messages)
• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely responses
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and basic pitch material (as per company format)
• Coordinate meetings/site visits and maintain client communication records
• Assist in achieving monthly targets for lead generation and conversions (if applicable)
• Perform admin tasks as assigned based on organizational demand
• Maintain daily/weekly reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversion status
• Keep records of client communication and proposal status
• Support management with regular updates and MIS reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Female candidates only (as per company requirement)
• Any graduation / relevant qualification preferred. IT background candidates will be preferred
• 1–3 years of sales and marketing experience (freshers may be considered based on profile)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment (target-oriented position)
• Willingness to do field work and travel as required
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel reporting
Salary Package & Benefits:
• Basic Salary: BHD 150
