🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
Prepare and maintain Baseline Schedule (must have strong grip on baseline development)
Track project progress and identify delays or critical issues
Perform Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and highlight key risks
Prepare Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports
Coordinate with project teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)
Analyze Productivity & Manpower utilization
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion
Prepare recovery plans in case of delays
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical preferred)
Strong command of Planning & Scheduling
Must have hands-on experience in Baseline Schedule Preparation
Proficient in Primavera P6
Good communication and reporting skills
