Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and system performance issues
Handle network connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
Configure and support routers, switches, and access points
Install and update software, antivirus, and security patches
Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets (Active Directory basics)
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
Perform data backup and basic recovery operations
Monitor and maintain IT inventory and asset records
Log, track, and resolve issues using helpdesk/ticketing systems
Provide onsite and remote technical support to staff
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required
Train users on IT systems, software, and best practices
Maintain proper documentation and technical reports
