We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.

*Educational Qualifications*
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications in sales or digital marketing will be an added advantage

Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles in manpower and equipment rental industry
Prior experience in the GCC/KSA market is preferred
Experience in B2B/B2C sales environments is an advantage

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
