Testing and Commissioning Safety Officer

I am Muhammad Wasif, a qualified Electrical Engineer currently working as a Testing and
Commissioning Safety Officer with First Fix on the CEER Project. I hold a NEBOSH International
General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety, which has strengthened my ability to
implement and maintain high safety standards on complex construction and commissioning sites.
With a strong technical foundation in Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience in testing,
commissioning, and site safety operations, I have developed a solid understanding of risk
assessment, hazard identification, permit-to-work systems, and compliance with HSE regulations.
In my current role, I actively support safe execution of electrical testing activities, ensure adherence
to safety procedures, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain a safe working
environment in line with project requirements.
