We are a growing restaurant group seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead and control our financial operations across multiple outlets.
This role is critical to the business, and we are looking for someone who understands restaurant operations from a financial perspective, not just accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full ownership of company financial operations across all branches
* Monitor and control purchasing, inventory, food cost, and sales performance
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
* Analyze profitability and implement cost-control strategies
* Oversee payroll, VAT, and tax compliance
* Build financial systems, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making
* Work closely with operations to improve efficiency and margins
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years experience in Finance within the F&B / restaurant industry
* Strong understanding of restaurant KPIs (food cost, labor cost, wastage, etc.)
* Experience handling multi-branch operations is a must
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
