General Accountant Cum Admin Officer Female Immediate Joining

As a HR Admin cum Asst. Document Controller is responsible for providing administrative support while ensuring efficient management, organization, and control of company documents.

Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Support management and staff with daily administrative tasks
Manage and maintain all company documents (electronic and hard copy)
Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents
Track document versions, revisions, and approvals
Ensure documents comply with company standards and procedures
Distribute documents to relevant departments in a timely manner
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Document Controller
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
