Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships for Civil Services and Manpower Supply Services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, contract negotiations, and business development within construction, industrial, or manpower service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for civil projects and manpower supply services.
Promote services such as:
Civil & Building Maintenance
Construction Support Services
Skilled and Unskilled Manpower Supply
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industrial companies.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with estimation and operations teams.
Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales records and client databases.
Support tender participation and contract acquisition activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in civil works, contracting, or manpower supply services
Experience in Saudi Arabia market is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid driving license is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of industrial and construction clients in Jubail, Yanbu, and surrounding areas
Strong networking and client relationship skills
Experience in proposal follow-ups and contract negotiations
