Key Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and shutdown activities.
• Develop detailed job plans, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Ensure maintenance plans align with operational and safety standards.
• Utilize SAP systems for maintenance planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or related diploma).
• Certification in planning and scheduling (CPSP or equivalent).
• Proven experience in maintenance and shutdown planning.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience in PLANT will be preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
