1. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in spiral paper core machines
2. At least 1 years handling large / heavy-duty diameter cores
3. Strong knowledge of mandrel alignment & deflection control
4. Experience with high-GSM kraft paper (300–500 GSM) selection
5. Good control of adhesive viscosity and glue application
6. Skill in tension and pressure adjustment as diameter increases
7. Experience with heavy-duty cutting systems for thick walls
8. Knowledge of proper curing time for 10–15 mm thickness
9. Understanding of QC checks (OD tolerance, roundness, strength)
10. Familiar with machine speed control for large diameters
