Proficient at budget forecasting, financial reporting and planning analysis, projects submissions alongwith CAPEX handling experience of more than 10+ years in KSA & 5+ years outside KSA.
• Preparing Feasibility reports for new projects submissions in SIDF (Saudi Industrial Development funds).
• Maintaining & following up with claims for existings & new projects in SIDF with 4-5 Projects previous & existing with a cumulative funding of SR 30-35 million.
• Critically involved in claim submission for Property Insurance. preparing various documents such as Monthly management reports, Payroll analysis, Top customers , margin of the items , calculation of Business Interruption for Loss Adjusters Mclarens UK & Medgulf KSA for a fire claim value SR 40 miilion.
• Maintaining revolving credit facilities from BSF (Bank Saudi Fransi) loan request , extentions etc for a loan limit of SR 40-45 million.
• Successfully implemented the revaluation of property in the books and audit individually.
• Handling & review of Capex , conducting periodic audits
• Budgets, forecast & estimations preparation for upcoming years incorporating the Sales & production in financials and Product group wise performance.
• Prepare internal management reports categorizing cost between fixed and variable in order to identify the break even and reduce sunk costs.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements
• Prepare report and presentation relating to board meetings
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial Reporting and general ledger structure.
• Prepare monthly financial report summary and detailed file for 3 group companies.
• Manage a Capex Asset of SR 185 million in the present company.
