Position: Full-Time Barista
Preference: Candidates of African nationality/background are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty signatures.
Maintain extensive knowledge of coffee origins, roast profiles, and tasting notes.
Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines and grinding equipment.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a specialty coffee shop or high-end cafe.
Technical Skills: Proficient in latte art, milk texturing, and dialing in espresso.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Attributes: Punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
