Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient handling of goods. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team to meet productivity and safety goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Train and evaluate warehouse employees
Prepare reports and track performance metrics
Requirements:
Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of inventory management systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred)
