Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled System & Network Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, network security, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and uptime
Manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls)
Ensure network security, data protection, and backup systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance
Support cloud services and virtualization platforms
Maintain IT documentation and system logs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
4–7 years of experience in system and network administration
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and networking concepts
Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent
Experience in enterprise IT environments
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
