Concrete works: slump test, temperature check, cube casting, compressive strength testing
Soil works: field density test (FDT), compaction test, moisture content test
Material inspections: cement, aggregates, steel reinforcement (rebar inspection, mill certificates verification)
Asphalt works: core cutting, density checks, bitumen content
Structural inspections: formwork, reinforcement, embedments, and pre/post-concreting checks
Finishing works: plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing inspections
Experienced in handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Skilled in maintaining QA/QC documentation, test reports, material submittals, and approvals in line with project quality standards.
Strong understanding of international codes and standards such as ASTM, BS, and project specifications. Capable of ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements while maintaining project timelines.
