Supervised subcontractors bill, supervision of manpower at the site, their productivity, concreting, marking, formwork, reinforcement, checking the quality, leveling, etc.
Executing Bar bending schedule reinforcement to minimize wastage quantity control. Maintaining the concrete pour card.
Compile daily site diaries for all site activities.
Prepare and maintain DPR, WPR & MPR ,MIR , WIR ,NCR as per site activities.
