Document Controller, Admin Officer

Manage, organize, and maintain both physical and electronic documents and records.
Ensure proper document control, including filing, tracking, and version management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, calls).
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for staff or management.
Coordinate document flow between departments and ensure timely approvals.
Support office operations, including data entry, record keeping, and office supplies management.
Assist in audits by retrieving and providing required documents.
Provide general administrative support to teams and ensure smooth daily office operations.
