We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the GCC market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP and HVACR sales, with a proven ability to generate business, build client relationships, and successfully close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company sales growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Prepare and present competitive quotations in line with client requirements
Participate in tendering processes, including bid preparation and submission
Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals effectively
Ensure smooth execution of sales orders in coordination with internal teams
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the GCC region
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives
Requirements:
3–4 years of sales experience in the GCC market
Proven experience in MEP and HVACR sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare technical and commercial quotations
Experience in handling tenders and bidding processes
Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
Valid driving license (preferred)
