• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams for quality issues.
• Ensure equipment installation follows safety and quality procedures.
• Conduct surveillance during daily construction activities.
• Performing material inspection, heat number verification, and checking Mill Test Certificates.
• Ensuring compliance with ASME, ASTM, API, ISO, and project.
• Raising and closing NCRs, CARs, and following up on corrective actions.
• Inspecting valves, equipment installation, and mechanical components.
• Preparing final documentation, QC dossiers, and handover packages.
• Witness and document hydrostatic, pneumatic tests, and flushing/blowing operations.
• Ensure line reinstatement and punch list clearance before commissioning.
• Coordinate with the operations team for loop checks, functional tests, and system turnover.
• Verify materials (pipes, fittings, valves, gaskets) against Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and project BOQ.
• Ensure proper material identification, storage, and handling procedures to prevent damage or mix-
ups.
