Minimum education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
At least 1 year of experience as a production machine technician, especially in packing/packaging machines
Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
Ability to perform troubleshooting and repair independently
Familiar with mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Willing to work in shifts
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair of packing machines
Ensure machines operate efficiently and minimize downtime
Conduct routine inspections of machine conditions
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations
Prepare regular technical reports
