Results-driven Civil QA/QC Engineer currently working at KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology), with solid experience in quality assurance, inspection, and documentation in accordance with project specifications and international standards. Seeking a challenging position where I can contribute to maintaining high-quality construction standards and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise:
Ensure all civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
Prepare and submit Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Request for Inspection (RFI), and Work Inspection Requests (WIR).
Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR) and ensure proper closure.
Conduct Material Receiving Inspection (MRI) to verify compliance with approved materials.
Review material submittals and prepare compliance sheets as per project specifications.
Maintain complete QA/QC documentation and inspection records.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor civil activities including concrete works, finishing works, precast, and general civil works.
Ensure all testing and inspections are performed in accordance with project quality standards.
