Proven track record of ensuring all civil works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
Possess strong hands-on experience in conducting site inspections, Material Receiving Inspections (MRI), and managing complete QA/QC documentation including MIR, RFI, WIR, NCR, and SOR. Skilled in reviewing material submittals, preparing compliance sheets, and maintaining organized quality records throughout all stages of construction.
Experienced in monitoring civil activities such as concrete works, finishing works, and general construction operations, with a strong ability to identify non-conforming works and ensure timely corrective actions and closure.
