Key Responsibilities
Install pallet racking systems, shelving units, and storage structures
Read and interpret layout drawings and technical plans
Assemble and anchor racking systems securely to floors and walls
Perform measurements, leveling, and alignment of structures
Inspect materials and ensure correct components are used
Follow safety procedures and use proper tools/equipment
Work with team members to complete projects on time
Dismantle, relocate, or repair existing racking systems
Report issues or damage to supervisors
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Required Skills
Experience in warehouse installation, construction, or similar field
Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
Knowledge of hand and power tools
Physical fitness (lifting, climbing, working at heights)
Understanding of safety standards and procedures
Teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
