Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering - Must
2. 2–3 years of experience in procurement (construction/civil projects)
3. Good knowledge of materials, suppliers, and local market
4. Experience in RFQs, vendor comparison, and purchase orders
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills
