F&B Supervisor
Experience: minimum 5 years
- Supervising daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, training new hires, and managing performance, often leading a team of servers and bartenders.
- Ensuring an exceptional guest experience, addressing complaints, and engaging with customers to build rapport.
- Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control measures to minimize waste.
Salary: 500-600BHD (10hrs duty) + accommodation
