Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support or IT field
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Good knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of networks, printers, copiers, and related devices
Familiarity with system upgrades, maintenance, and IT security practices
Ability to inspect, repair, and replace faulty computer parts
Good communication skills with the ability to train and support users
Ability to maintain maintenance records and prepare purchase requests when needed
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
