Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Promote company services including air, sea, and land freight solutions
Prepare and present competitive quotations and service proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and documentation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
