Experienced Work Permit Receiver with strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safety procedures in construction and oil & gas projects. Responsible for receiving and verifying work permits, ensuring all safety requirements are in place before starting any job. Conducts toolbox talks, identifies hazards, and implements control measures as per Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Ensures proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintains continuous coordination with the Permit Issuer and safety team. Monitors work activities to ensure compliance with company and client safety standards, including Aramco regulations. Authorized to stop work in case of unsafe conditions and ensures safe completion and closure of permits.
