Verify work against drawings, specs, and standards (IEC, NEC, project specs)
Conduct inspections during installation (cable laying, terminations, earthing, panels)
Ensure proper workmanship and installation practices
Witness and review testing (IR test, continuity, functional tests, etc.)
Prepare and review inspection reports (IRs) and test reports
Raise and track NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
Ensure calibration of testing instruments
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors
Maintain QA/QC documentation and records
Ensure safety and compliance during electrical works
Approve or reject completed work based on quality standards
