Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Extensive experience in QA/QC inspection, documentation, and compliance
Strong knowledge of Saudi standards, ASTM, ACI, and project specifications
Experience with major projects including:
Desalination Plant (Yanbu).
Red Sea Project (Umluj).
NEOM (Excavation, backfilling, sewerage, and fiber works).
Preparation of ITPs, Method Statements, MIR, RFI, and Inspection Reports.
Site supervision and coordination with consultants and contractors.
Member of Saudi Council of Engineers.
Skills:
Quality control & assurance procedures.
Material inspection & testing.
Drawing review and compliance verification.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
