Job Description:
Provides first-line support to users by handling technical or service-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or IT-related diploma; IT certifications are a plus.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in helpdesk, IT support, or customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
