We are hiring a Planning & Scheduling Engineer for a leading player in the Construction & Infrastructure sector. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, project controls, and progress monitoring across multi-project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and manage baseline, revised, and recovery schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
✔ Prepare WBS, track milestones, critical path, and project dependencies
✔ Monitor project progress, perform variance analysis, and drive corrective actions
✔ Resource planning and optimization (manpower, material, equipment)
✔ Delay analysis, EOT support, and recovery planning
✔ Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress reviews for leadership
✔ Coordinate with project, procurement, design, and site teams
✔ Support process improvement and planning standardization initiatives
Preferred Profile:
• 5–12 years of experience in project planning & scheduling
• Background in Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Exposure to project controls, critical path analysis, and multi-project environments
• Civil / Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
• Primavera / PMP certifications are a plus
