Are you a hospitality professional who excels in the spotlight? We are looking for a charismatic and experienced Captain Waiter to orchestrate seamless dining experiences in our luxury establishment. You will be the bridge between our culinary creations and our esteemed guests.
What You Will Do:
• Master of Hospitality: Greet guests with warmth, ensuring they feel valued and welcome throughout their visit.
• Culinary Guide: Expertly navigate guests through the menu, suggesting pairings and anticipating needs with grace and enthusiasm.
• Team Leadership: Actively participate in training junior staff and managing daily floor relations to resolve issues effectively.
• Operational Precision: Manage table settings, coordinate with the kitchen regarding allergies/special requests, and process payments accurately via POS systems.
• Ambassador of Standards: Ensure the restaurant consistently reflects the brand's elite standards of cleanliness and professional etiquette.
Requirements:
• Location: Hiring from within KSA only (Transferable Iqama).
• Languages: Highly proficient in both English and Arabic.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of F&B experience in an international 5-star hotel, plus 1 year in a Captain or leadership role.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, charismatic personality, and proficiency in POS and Microsoft Office.
